E-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Presentation Format :
- Your presentation must be in POWERPOINT format (*.pptx recommended)
- ONE SINGLE 16:9 landscape slide
- Exclusively written in British English, without audio.
- We strongly recommend that you prepare your e-Poster directly on the .pptx template.
Editorial Recommendations :
- Be careful to use a font size readable in full screen mode.
- Please verify the resolution of your images before including them in the e-Poster. No pixelization should appear on the screen.
- Animations in the content of the slide and other animated pictures are not allowed.
- To avoid compatibility problems between Mac and PC, we strongly recommend you use basic fonts (Arial, Calibri, Helvetica).
* Presenting author must register and attend the
conference.
Your E-Poster has to be submitted in the preview room on February 26, 2026 before
5 pm by
self or
representative.
